Riding a three game winning streak, the Utah Skatin’ Utes will travel to Colorado for a weekend series with Metro State and Northern Colorado. The Utes have played Metro State once this season, falling at home 3-2 in November. This will be the first game of the season against Northern Colorado.

This is the second major road trip for Utah (13-12) this season. In October, the Utes went to California and split games with Cal State Fullerton. Metro State (5-21) has not won a game since beating the Utah in November and has dropped 12 straight games. On the other side, Northern Colorado has won three of their last five games, losing only to teams that are currently set to go to Regionals. The Bears (14-14-1) currently sit sixth in the ACHA Western Division.

Utah is currently 18th in the ACHA Western Division and will play Metro State on Friday in Littleton, CO and will take on Northern Colorado on Saturday in Greeley, CO.
