Utah Hockey has received a commitment from defenseman Travis Koury for the upcoming 2015-2016 season. Koury is a Bountiful, UT native has has played with Viewmont High School and the Utah Golden Eagles U18 AA most recently while growing up here in Utah. With the Golden Eagles, Koury went to five national championship tournaments and took 3rd three years in a row. At Viewmont, Koury was also able to make it to the state championship as well as an appearance at nationals. Koury also played one semester at Weber State last season, making an appearance for 12 games for the Wildcats.
Utah Hockey would like to welcome Travis to the team and wish him the best of luck in the upcoming season.
