Connor Beers (F) commits to Utah M2

University of Utah Men’s Division 2 Hockey has received a commitment from Forward Connor Beers for the upcoming 2024-25 season.
Beers has been playing hockey since he was about 6 years old and has grown up playing for the youth teams in Las Vegas, Nevada. He started playing AAA hockey in Vegas when he was 15, playing for the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights 16u. He just finished his youth hockey journey with the 18u Jr. Golden Knights.
His proudest accomplishment and most memorable moment was attending the Quebec International Peewee Hockey Tournament.
Beers says, “I am ready to further my hockey career and education at the University of Utah and it is a great step in the right direction for my athletic, scholastic, and personal development.”
“Connor brings a lot of skill and play-making to our forward group. We’re excited to see him help our team produce on the offensive side of the puck this year.,” said Men’s Division 2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius.
Beers plans to study Business at the U.
