University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Forward Joseph DiBenedetto for the upcoming 2018-19 season.
Joey is from Anchorage, Alaska and has been playing for Curry College (NCAA D3) in Milton, Massachusetts. DiBenedetto played one season for the Tri-City Storm in the USHL and two seasons with Amarillo Bulls in the NAHL, where he served as Captain during his final season.
Head Coach Brett Huras commented, “Joey is a highly competitive winger who is a great skater and is good at winning battles for the puck. He will be expected to make an impact as a leader on and off the ice.”
DiBenedetto plans to continue his studies in Biology at the U.
