University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Defenseman CJ Odlin for the upcoming 2018-19 season.
CJ comes from Missoula, MT and most recently played for the Missoula Jr. Bruins in the NA3HL where he had 40 points in his last two seasons as a defenseman. CJ also spent time in Idaho playing for Compete Hockey Academy where he won a league student athlete award and spent time as their captain.
“CJ is a strong, smart defenseman who can play physical as well as make sound plays offensively. CJ will be expected to bring strong leadership qualities to the team as well,” Head Coach Brett Huras said.
CJ plans on majoring in Psychology while at the U.
Utah Hockey would like to welcome CJ and wish him the best in the upcoming season.
