Utah Hockey announces 2021 Men’s Recruiting Weekend

DUE TO COVID-19 ALL DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
University of Utah Hockey is excited to announce our Men’s Recruiting and Tryout Weekend for the 2021-22 Season. This weekend is open to all currently enrolled or prospective (future/non-admitted) University of Utah Students.
Weekend participants must attend all sessions and games, and register online by midnight on May 12, 2021. Team assignments will be sent via email by midnight on May 13, 2021. Weekend cost is $75 (before March 12th) and payable by credit card when registering online. Tryout fees increase to $95 after March 12th, and $105 after April 16th.
COVID-19 protocols from the Salt Lake County or the University of Utah may require weekend to be rescheduled.
Required tryout forms are available here and must be completed in full before being allowed on the ice.
Roster spots will only be offered to student athletes that have applied to the University of Utah by the application deadline. We highly advise all those in attendance to submit their applications to the University of Utah prior to the April 1, 2021 application deadline.
University of Utah Academic & Admission Representatives will be present to answer questions.

All tryout sessions occur at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Session 1: May 14, 2021 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Session 2: May 15, 2021 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Recruitment BBQ: May 15, 2021 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Session 3: May 15, 20201, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
We highly recommend attendance for the following reasons:
1- The entire weekend is designed to provide all information so you can make an informed decision about your college hockey home
2- You will be able to meet with the entire coaching and medical staff on an individual level
3- Five and 1/2 hours of ice time over the course of the weekend
4- Team BBQ so you can meet the entire team off the rink
5- Its a ton of fun!
