Erik Soderlund (D) commits to Utah

Utah Hockey has received a commitment from defenseman Erik Soderlund for the upcoming 2015-2016 season. Born in San Diego, California, Soderlund grew up in Sweden along with the United States and has dual citizenship for both nations. Soderlund has a decorated hockey career including stints with Junior A Köping and Västerås in Sweden, the Vernon Vipers of Canada’s BCHL, the Port Huron Falcons in the NAHL, and NCAA Division III school Lawrence University. Soderlund plans to study journalism at the U with a minor in anthropology.

Utah Hockey welcomes Erik to the team and wish him the best of luck in the upcoming season.
