Salt Lake City, Utah
The University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Goaltender Jack Nowicki for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
Jack was born in Evanston, Wyoming, but grew up in Murray, Utah. He has been playing hockey for about 16 years spending a lot of that time with the West Coast Renegades and two years with Murray High School Spartans.
The last 2 seasons, Nowicki played Junior hockey in the US Premier Hockey League (USPHL) Premier League. His first season was with the Boston Advantage and most recently spent time with the Hampton Roads Junior Whalers in Virginia.
“We’re elated to have Jack join our goalie group for the upcoming season. Jack’s size and quickness in the net will be huge for us as we look to compete at a high level. We’re looking forward to Jack coming in to contribute right away,” said Men’s Division 2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius.
Nowicki plans to study Kinesiology at the U.
Utah Hockey would like to welcome Jack and wish him the absolute best in the upcoming season!
