The University of Utah Skatin’ Utes have wrapped up the first semester of the season and will head into 2019 with a national ranking next to their name.
The Utes were ranked #25 in the ACHA Men’s Division 1 computer rankings as the Utes return to the top 25 after being on the outside looking in for the last two ranking periods. The Utes find themselves five spots away from the top 20 that will advance to the ACHA National Championship tournament in Dallas, TX in March.
Utah is off for the winter break until January 11th where the Utes will return to the ice against Weber State in Ogden. The Utes will wrap up the season with series against #13 UNLV, #7 Arizona, #23 Alabama, #15 Oklahoma, and #11 Minot State which will give the Utes a shot at making the national tournament for the first time as a Division 1 ACHA program.
