University of Utah Hockey is thrilled to announce Men’s Division 1 Goaltender Garrett Fuller was awarded the Western Collegiate Hockey League (WCHL) All League 1st Team Award for the 2024-25 season.
The WCHL, of which Utah M1 is a member and currently ranked at #9 in the Nation, is one of the strongest conferences in the entire American Collegiate Hockey Association with seven (of 11) of its member teams ranked.
With 19 games played, Garrett has 12 wins, 6 losses and 1156 minutes played. Additionally, he has 4 shutouts this season with 2.18 Goals Against Average, and a .930 save percentage.
“Garrett’s selection for the WCHL All-League First Team as the top goalie is an exceptional recognition of his outstanding play. His calm, structured approach has been crucial for us all season long. With a .930 save percentage and only 2.18 goals against per game, Garrett has truly been one of the best in the league. His steady presence between the pipes has added tremendous depth to our goaltending, and it’s no surprise that he’s recognized as the top goalie in the WCHL. His consistency and composure have been invaluable for our team,” said Utah Head Coach Morgan Feenie.
Fuller transferred to the University of Utah after season from San Diego State University and is a native of Airdrie, Alberta.
The entire Utah Hockey Family congratulates Garrett on this incredible achievement and wishes him and the team the very best this weekend and in the post season.
