Utah M2 Defense Donovan O’Shea earns ACHA Regional Third Team Award

University of Utah Hockey is excited to announce Men’s Division 2 Defenseman Donovan O’Shea was awarded the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Western Region 3rd Team Award for the 2024-25 season.

Donovan played 31 regular season games, and scored 8 goals with 10 assists for a total of 18 points. He averaged .58 goals per game and tallied 1 game winning goal.

“Donovan is such a versatile skater on the blueline for us. Each game he has been able to contribute big plays offensively, defensively, and physically. He is truly an all situations big impact player,” said Utah M2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius.

O’Shea is a native of Sarasota Springs, New York and this is his third season with the Utes.
