Utah M2 Goaltender Marcello De Antunano earns ACHA Regional Second Team Award

University of Utah Hockey is excited to announce Men’s Division 2 Goaltender Marcello De Antunano was awarded the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Western Region 2nd Team Award for the 2024-25 season.

Marcello played 15 regular season games, with a record of 11-3-1. His goals against average was an excellent 2.06, and an epic save percentage of .941 with 2 shutouts.

“Marcello has been an immovable object in net for us this season. His play directly inspires confidence in our team as a whole in front of him. His performance in big moments this year have been spectacular,” said Utah M2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius.

De Antunano is a native of Irving, Texas and this is his third season with the Utes.
