Salt Lake City, Utah
University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Forward Adam Baksh for the upcoming 2021-22 season.
Adam is a local player born in Salt Lake City, Utah and started playing hockey when he was 11. He started playing competitively with the Salt Lake Stars and played one season each for the Utah High School Selects, and Park City Ice Miners.
“Adam is really going to add a lot of size for us upfront this year. His physical presence will be big on the ice for us and he’s a solid skater as well. We’re excited to have Adam on the squad this season,” said Men’s Division 2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius.
Outside of playing hockey, Baksh has worked for 3 years as a USA Hockey referee. He also enjoys fishing, music, and cooking.
Baksh plans to major in Kinesiology at the U.
Utah Hockey would like to welcome Adam and wish him the absolute best in the upcoming season!
