Kate Michael (F) commits to Utah

University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Forward Kate Michael for the upcoming 2019-20 season.

Kate is from Tooele, Utah, and graduated from Tooele High School in 2018 where she played Varsity Hockey and Soccer. She also played for the Utah Lady Grizzlies AA program for 3 seasons. She is currently a sophomore at the U and is studying Psychology and Business.

“Kate is a welcome addition to the program, and with her local connections it makes it even better. She will add valuable experience to the team in academics and on the ice. We are ecstatic to have her aboard next fall,” said Head Coach Marietti.

Utah Hockey would like to welcome Kate and wish her the absolute best in the upcoming season!
