University of Utah Hockey has received a commitment from Forward Theo Mazzone for the upcoming 2021-22 season.
Theo was born and raised in Park City, Utah. He started playing hockey when he was 9 years old, with the Park City Ice Miners youth program. He was able to play in the AA division and win a few tournaments at the youth level. Mazzone started playing on the Park City High School varsity team as a Sophomore. His final year at the PCHS, the team won the first state championship for Park City.
“We look forward to Theo providing a source of offense for the theam this season. His skill and worth ethic will apprent when he is on the ice, and we are excited to have Theo on the team for the 2021-22 campagin,” Men’s Division 2 Head Coach Nick Fornelius said.
Mazzone is planning on studying Psychology at the U.
